Registration Payment Terms and Conditions
For all early bird registrations, payment must be received by October 3, 2007. For the Full Conference registrations with SAP Consultant Certification Exam (optional program), payment must be received by November 23, 2007. For all other registrations, payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
We accept three types of fee payment: cheque, demand drafts and wire transfer. DD/Cheques to be made in favour of End To End Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A/c SAP TechEd 07 payable at Bangalore.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Registration cancellation for SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore and/or SAP Consultant Certification Exam will not be accepted by telephone. Please e-mail your cancellation notice to sapteched@endtoend.in.
Cancellations for SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore
For requests received before November 20, 2007 there will be a deduction of INR 2,500/- from the conference registration fee. Cancellations received after November 20, 2007, as well as registrants not attending without canceling, will be liable for the full registration fee.
If you cancel your participation for SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore, your registration for SAP Consultant Certification Exam (if opted for) too stands cancelled. There will be no refund of fee paid for SAP Consultant Certification Exam.
Cancellations for SAP Consultant Certification Exam
Cancellation of only the SAP Consultant Certification Exam is possible. There will be no refund of the fee paid for the same. The cancellation may be initiated by the registrant or may be a result of not fulfilling pre-published eligibility criteria. Please familiarize yourself with the eligibility criteria to take a SAP Consultant Certification Exam before you make payment.
SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time.
Registration Substitution Policy
All substitution requests must be received before November 20, 2007. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline.
Substitution for SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore
Registration substitutions are permitted for SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore, only between employees from the same company and of the same registration type (Full Conference or Lectures-only). Original confirmed registrant is required to submit the substitution details using the following links. As a confirmation of this change, substitute registrant will receive an e-mail with registration details.
Substitution for Full Conference Substitution for Lectures-only
If you are substituting your registration for SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore, your registration for SAP Consultant Certification Exam (if opted for) stands cancelled. There will be no refund of fee paid for SAP Consultant Certification Exam.
Substitution for SAP Consultant Certification Exam
Registration substitutions for SAP Consultant Certification Exam are not permitted. There will be no refund of fee paid for SAP Consultant Certification Exam.
A Full Conference substitute registrant of SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore can opt for a SAP Consultant Certification Exam by paying the applicable fee.
Hands-on Workshop Sign-up
Hands-on workshop sign-up is tentatively scheduled to open online in late October. Fully paid Full Conference registrant will receive e-mail notification with the exact date and time. Please check your spam filter to make sure you will receive our e-mail alerts.
Once hands-on workshop sign-up opens late October, each Full Conference registrant may sign up for a maximum of two hands-on workshops.
Event Cancellation
In the event that SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore is cancelled, registrants will receive the registration fee only. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

- Payment for the group registration should be made on a single invoice.

Promotional Terms of Use
- Only new registrations are eligible for group registration discounts. Current active registrants of SAP TechEd 07 Bangalore do not qualify.
- SAP employees are not eligible for group registration discounts.
- Group registration discounts does not apply to fees for SAP Consultant Certification Exam.
- Group registrations discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer(s).
- SAP reserves the right to cancel and/or modify this promotion at any time.
