  Selection procedure  
  • The CRISIL jury will thoroughly evaluate all submissions and choose finalists across categories.
• The finalists chosen will be invited to make a presentation in front of the jury.
• Winners will be selected among all the finalists.
• The winner's names will remain a secret to everyone including the sponsors and will be announced in the award ceremony to
  be held in November.
• The decision of the jury will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
 
     
  Eligibility requirements  
  • The awards are open for nominations only for the projects completed between Jan. 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2008.
• This will also include those projects which were physically completed in 2008 and obtained occupancy certificate in 2009.
• Developers should submit completed applications to CNBC AWAAZ / CRISIL, postmarked no later than Nov. 15th, 2009.
• You can nominate only one project per form. You may nominate as many projects as you wish, for which separate forms need
  to be filled. The forms can also be downloaded from www.realestate.moneycontrol.com
• The project should comply with all regulatory requirement.
• CRISIL/Network18 will not bear any responsibility of transporting the winners.
• Winners give their consent to CRISIL/Network18 or both to use the winner's name, for advertising and promotional purposes in
  any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever.
